- 1968 Acquisition of TECNOLON WORKS by the Dedecker family
- 1969 Acquisition of Vandenbosche Décolletage: Supplier of metal inserts overmoulded in plastic in Espierres – 5 employees
Creation of Décolletage Dedecker - 1983 Following reorganization, TECNOLON WORKS concentrates on the production of tools and FERONYL on plastic injection
- 1997 Acquisition of the activity of Ateliers Grimonprez & creation of GRIMONPREZ TRANSMISSION GEARS
- 2004 TECNOLON WORKS offers tooling for injectors and performs precision machining for small series and especially in 5 axes
- 2010 Décolletage Dedecker becomes DEDECKER PRECISION MECHANICS
- 2012 Creation of SUB-ALLIANCE E.I.G. composed of 4 companies spread over 6 factories
- 2021 Acquisition of MANOIR Engrenages in Chaumontel (France) and creation of GRIMONPREZ PRODUCTION GEARS (GPG)
